Coldstream Hills Yarra Valley Pinot Noir Chardonnay is sourced from the south facing slopes of the Deer Farm Vineyard. The fruit for this sparkling wine was hand-picked and gently pressed prior to primary fermentation. Following traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine spent upwards of six years on yeast lees prior to disgorging and release.
Sourced from low yielding vineyards in the Upper and Lower Valley, the Coldstream Hills Yarra Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines are pure, vibrant and textural. They epitomise quality expressions of both the region and the varietal and are perfect wines to share this summer festive season.
